Robotman!

Who knew "Robocop" was around in the 1940s?  Pappy's Golden Age Comics Blogzine posted a story featuring "Robotman" from 1943.  The hero is a robot with the human mind of a man killed by gangsters.  He disguises his mechanical nature with a "plastic flesh" mask that turns him (for all appearances) into an "average man."
